Welcome to The Pentecostals of Hopkinsville

The Pentecostals of Hopkinsville is a group of people dedicated to serving the Lord together!

From our beginning, we have sought to serve God with purpose, conviction and a mission to reach our city! We endeavor to search the scriptures regularly with a desire to know God more with each passing day. Come and join us in our quest to be a Church that is a joy to our Savior and a blessing to our community.

You matter to God, and you matter to us!

The Pentecostals of Hopkinsville is committed to empowering and edifying everyone in our congregation. We thrive on great preaching, a sense of belonging, lively worship and strong friendships. We look forward to providing solid Biblical education and opportunities for people who want to be involved in building the Kingdom of God.

Our Mission

Our mission at TPOH is to help you believe the gospel of Christ, experience the power of Christ, and do the work of Christ.

Community

Hopkinsville is a diverse city. It's our vision to reach every everyone regardless of race, age or economic status.

Belief

We believe that the Bible is the divinely-inspired Word of God. It is our only authority for what we believe and how we live (2 Tim 3.15-17).
Everyone has sinned and needs salvation. Salvation comes by grace through faith based on the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ (Rom 3.23-25; 6.23; Eph 2.8-9).
The gospel is the good news that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again. We express our belief in the gospel through our obedience to the gospel. We obey the gospel and apply it to our lives by repenting of our sins (death to sin), being baptized in water in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sins (burial), and receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit (resurrection). This threefold experience is the consistent pattern of conversion in the early church (Acts 2.4, 37-39; 8.9-17; 10.1-48; 19.1-7).

Faith

Our faith is in Jesus Christ, who was and is and is to come, The Almighty!
